*All club plan members must agree to terms and conditions to purchase a membership and authorize MONTHLY billing.*

• Membership can be cancelled at any time via the website.

• Must have Valid Credit Card to join. Card is kept on file and billed MONTHLY on sign up date unless suspended or cancelled.

• Member is responsible for payment and must cancel/suspend the account at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to billing. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. You will be able to use your membership for the remainder of the billing cycle.

• Memberships use License Plate Recognition technology. Sam’s Xpress Car Wash, LLC reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program at any time.
